Cellulite Creams and active ingredients |
|
Cellulite is common to the hips and thighs and what is sad is that women are more prone to have it then men. Most women do have cellulite on one or more parts of their body. Cellulite happens when fat cells combine with weak layers of skin. To rid your body of cellulite there are many creams to choose from that all offer the same results. Your best bet is to buy a bottle, rub it on daily, and hope for the best.
Aminophylline is an active ingredient in cellulite creams. This ingredient was tested with poor results. Only 3 out of 35 women said that after twice-daily applications they noticed slight differences in the appearance of their cellulite. Caffeine and retinol are also used in cellulite creams. These both are supposed to firm up the skin. Caffeine is closely related to Aminophylline. Aminophylline is the modified form of theophylline. Both of these are bronchodilators, which mean that they open up lung passageways. No one is really for sure if caffeine helps to reduce cellulite or not. There are all sorts of creams out there promising to eliminate or reduce cellulite. They may contain natural ingredients such as lemon oil or aloe. These ingredients do not guarantee perfect results. Cellulite creams do not get down deep into the cellulite. They work primarily on the surface smoothing out the skin. The creams can be expensive; however, the more expensive brand may not work the best. It all depends on your tastes and remember they all cellulite creams carry pretty much the same active ingredients.
There is no miracle cure for cellulite. If there was, every woman in America would have a bottle for herself and the demand would be high. Cellulite creams can smooth out your skin and improve the appearance. Cellulite may appear not so visible, but that depends on your patience with the product that you choose to use and your wallet. A little exercise and a better diet may be a better and less costly choice. |
